Another trip to tick some Wainrights with Jet, the on loan walking companion. We set off from the Paterdale car park on this rather rough figure of 8 walk with a spike out along Martindale Common. The first destination is Angletarn Pikes with it’s views back to the Southern point of Ulswater.
Our walk then more or less follows a ridge via Beda Fell to Beda Head. Some good views of Angletarn when looking back.
It’s then a retrace of our steps to Boredale Hause and another ridge to Place Fell picking up views of Ulswater again.
The return to the car is via Hare Shaw.
